Role Description:
We are seeking 02 dynamic and creative Brand Executives to join our team! You will play a key role in developing and implementing our brand strategy, building relationships with target audiences, and managing all aspects of our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies.
Manage and grow our social media presence.
Organize and participate in events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Collaborate with designers, printers, and creative agencies.
Track and report on marketing performance.Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Other Requirements: Passion for our brand and industry (night life).
Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.Salary rank: 15-20mil, plus 13th month salary.

Weekly working hours: 40 hours, from Mondays to Fridays.
20 days of paid leave per year.
Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
