The Position

Our company is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in IT Product Design*. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry use cases, paired with a proven record of accomplishment delivering successful complex systems. In this role, the Product Designer will be responsible for designing and developing SaaS products that are customer-focused, meet usability /accessibility requirements, are thoughtfully designed, and elevate our cybersecurity profile.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design process through concept, design, stakeholder feedback, revision, implementation, release, then customer feedback.
• Develop ideas, designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for products that are intuitive for our customers.
• Be a bridge between the Product Management and the Development teams.
• Be a leader for Usability and Customer Experience within the local office.
• Learning about our unique products, technologies – so you can improve, simplify, and make high-usable product experiences.
• Create new modules for our Design System / Style Guides to further refine our products.
• Use Design Systems to enable fast responses to the needs of the Product and Business Owners.
• Work with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively seeking real-world customer feedback and interpreting available analytics data.
• Proven flexibility to work with both global and local teams as required.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

What We Need from You

We understand that you have a range of skills and interests, so we are always eager to learn about skills that can be impactful to the Product Experience including Print / Packaging / Motion / Animation / Copywriting (English and/or other languages)

• A portfolio of work that highlights excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred) and/or Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility, and a desire to learn more.
• Knowledge of ADA usability requirements, WCAG 2.1, and other accessibility standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design with a focus on Product, UX, Digital, or Industrial or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design in Tech industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong English language – written and spoken – with the ability to copy edit and fix grammar.
