The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces. This role involves developing and implementing eCommerce strategies, analyzing data to improve online sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and a passion for the health and beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- eCommerce Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and profitability.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platforms, including website and third-party marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Product Management:
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product and pricing strategies.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce performance.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
- Monitor and control expenditures related to eCommerce operations and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing eCommerce operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the health and beauty industry.

WORKING REGIME:
- Guaranteed 2 days off weekly, 5 working days (Monday-Friday)
