THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner is a top Australia-based leading in e-settlement services provider that aims to offer an efficient and user-friendly platform. Their platform design is led by an experienced team with deep expertise across both the conveyancing and financial services industries

Their Business Services Delivery department is actively focused on building web. Currently, they are looking for a Information Security Analystto join the software engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to project tasks including the security design, implementation and recommendation of security controls
Provide security guidance and propose mitigations with the project teams
Conduct vulnerability assessments and prioritisation of remediation requirements
Contribute to Sympli’s IT security capability reporting
Assist in managing and co-ordinating cyber security incidents
Risk identifications, evaluations and treatment strategies
Develop risk assessments and assess security vulnerabilities
Monitor networks, servers, endpoints and cloud applications
Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Assist implementing Security culture and awareness programs
Contributing to architectural and technical workshops and decisions

Skills, Experience & Qualification

Knowledge of Information Security principles and practices
Technical knowledge of security technologies (SIEM, Web proxies, Email Gateways, Vulnerability Scanners, EDR, Secure Code Analysers, etc)
Have experience/knowledge working with AWS environments before
Got extensive knowledge of DevSecOps life cycle will be handy for actual work
Good knowledge in penetration testing
Experience planning, researching and developing security standards and procedures
Experience in cyber security incident response, cyber defense or offensive security
Experience in developing strategies to mitigate cyber security threats
Knowledge of cloud and security technologies
knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods
