- Manage employee master list and profile (including personal profile, labor contracts, ESOP contract, NDA, etc.). - Manage onboarding & offboarding process for employees as per the policies & regulations. - Compute monthly payroll, Social - Medical - Unemployment Insurance (SMUI), Personal Income Tax (PIT), allowances and bonus as per the company policies. - Complete monthly personal health insurance, trade union data or other benefits for employees every month upon a case-by-case basis. - Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report, statutory SMUI report, PIT report, PIT finalization and other reports for relevant authorities. - Work with the authorities for any labor matters & guidance. - Guide & respond to the employees' queries on payroll & company policy. - Follow up and assist Line Manager to implement procedures for probationary, signing labor contract, performance evaluation, salary adjustment, promotion, internal transfer, discipline, reward and dis dismissal. - Follow up and implement procedures for welfare policy (birthday, filial piety, joy, sickness..). - Keep up to date with current Labor Law. - Support company activities. - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.- At least 4+ years of experience at relevant position - Proactive, can-do attitude with team-work spirit. - High sense of responsibility, integrity and detail oriented - Good at Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Gmail.Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Healthcare insurance added Giải thưởng Rewards on performance Hoạt động nhóm Monthly activities
