- Administer requirement and staffing logistic
- Administer new hire employee orientation, monitor development and training
- Account quality inspector work load distribution and balancing
- Update buyer's manual and disseminate update customer requirement and standard
- Provide technical support to quality leaders and line supervisor/leader
- Build effective communication between quality and production team
- Present to production and quality team the quality updates and quality performance in weekly manner
- Educate quality team on buyer requirement and standard
- Champion of quality and traffic light implementation
