Job Responsibilities
- Conduct channel analysis to assess consumption trends, competitor activities, product pricing, and unique selling propositions. Gather insights on customers and consumers to pinpoint local product and pricing gaps, channel sales issues, and potential opportunities.
- Create comprehensive long-term and short-term marketing strategies for product lines within the relevant channels. These plans should integrate sales, advertising, research, and promotional activities necessary to achieve both current and future market goals.
- Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for new products, working with cross-functional teams to monitor and track performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create product assortments, planograms, and effective marketing tools to enhance product visibility and listings in showrooms, e-commerce platforms, and other potential channels.
- Develop and execute a channel-specific go-to-market plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs, focusing on retail product assortment, visibility and display, project specifications, sales support (including promotions, B2B and interior designer presentations, internal and external training, sales tools, and incentives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional offices, and internal and external partners to effectively support sales results and local operations.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a solid background in marketing and a strong preference for trade marketing experience.
- Aggressive in driving, with strong ownership, strong influence power, convincible, creative, resourceful and with good commercial sense and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and post-graduation in business/management would be a plus.
