Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager to expand and develop new business areas in Vietnam

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure performance targets are met.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights on market conditions and performance metrics.

• Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

• Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

• Male, 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of working as the same position in Cable / Electric business
• Having network with Oil & Gas customer
• Good at English
