1. Data Governance:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain a consistent data framework across the Asia Strategic Group.
Document, communicate, and ensure access to the data framework company-wide.
Monitor compliance with data policies and ensure data privacy and protection.
2. Data Infrastructure and Lifecycle Management:
Define and oversee the data infrastructure strategy.
Manage data acquisition and integration from various sources.
Ensure data is captured, stored, and organized efficiently.
Collaborate with the software product department for desired analytical data.
3. Insights generation:
Gather business requirements to monitor performance.
Advise managers on data management options for insights.
Develop solutions for insights generation and distribution.
4. Advanced Analytics:
Analyze data to identify causes of underperformance and share findings with stakeholders.
Research forecasting and predictive models to support timely decision-making.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python.
At least 2 years working with the database using many programming languages.
Experience in AWS is a plus.
Experience in root cause investigation, building data governance framework or have good knowledge of data governance concept.
Able to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency is a must.
