Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures;
Prepare test strategies and coordinate the preparation of test plans to fulfill testing requirements;
Define product test cases and criteria for acceptance;
Responsible for Functional Requirement Specification (FRS), Integration Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Manual & User Training, Requirement Change Request and related items in all phases of the system development life cycle;
Timely and accurate completion of manual testing as required including regression, system integration and ad hoc testing;
Resolve testing process questions/issues;
Develop and execute testing scripts to automate tests;
Determine time estimates and resolve issues promptly;
Responsible for test environment setup and configuration;
Complete defect reports and verify any fixed issues that are completed.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good sense in locating bugs and QA processes;
At least 5 years of hands- on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Excellent English communication skills.
Hands- on experience in test scheduling and test plans and knowledge of testing tools and software QA methodologies;
Nice to have:
Proactive and independent thinker but good team player;
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin.
Excellent attention to detail;
Good time management and communication skills;
Experience in managing and coaching QA team is an advantage.
Self- starter with the ability to work multitask and under pressure;
