A Day in the Life

As Medical Visits Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Vietnam, you will lead and develop a team of medical field representatives, driving brand prescription and sell-out through strategic planning and execution. You will report to Medical Director and collaborate closely with marketing and medical communications teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement medical visit strategies aligned with division and brand objectives. Analyze market data, identify key targets, and devise action plans, including budgets and promotional materials. Track performance against key metrics (prescriptions, recommendations, sales) and analyze ROI.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of regional managers and medical representatives. Define team structure, set objectives, implement reward systems, and ensure ongoing training and development.

Medical Detailing Excellence: Guarantee the professionalization of medical detailing, ensuring the team has the necessary digital tools and skills to engage with healthcare professionals across all channels. Implement and monitor CRM/CLM platform activity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong synergies between functions, brands, and commercial teams to maximize impact and achieve shared goals. Ensure adherence to ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical or dermatological industry is highly desirable. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
