Job Summary:

Provide the support necessary towards efficient Health, Safety, Environmental and Process safety Management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide advice and on-site implementations requirements to comply to corporate global and regional as well as local SHE and Process Safety standards and related regulations.
2. Manage and conduct training and development programs related to SHE and Process Safety. Management to employees and external stakeholders such as visitors, contractors, and service providers.
3. Coordinate and follow up with departments to achieve SHE targets and outstanding implementations from meetings, risk assessments, audit recommendations, root cause analysis and improvement areas.
4. Plan and coordinate site management reviews for SHE management systems at regular intervals.
5. Proactively engage with auditors to assist in implementing audit recommendations and improvements.
6. Conduct incident investigations and provide root cause analysis report timely. Notify relevant stakeholders according to site and corporate requirements on SHE incidents/accidents and significant non-conformities / major concerns.
7. Manage risks on-site together with site managers and supervisors through risk assessments and risk management practices.
8. Provide advice and manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
9. Liaise, coordinate, and review technical safety studies, reports and drawings together with internal engineering, project, operations, logistics, supply chain and maintenance personnel, corporate AIPSM as well as external design and project consultants, engineers and contractors.
10. Coordinate and participate in all Process Safety Hazard (PHA) analyses and implement Technical Asset Integrity Program at site.
11. Manage site SHE and AIPSM performance including assisting SHE Manager in managing all SHE reports, AIPSM performance, incidents, and accidents.
12. Understand and manage the compliance with the international standards such as ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates and other relevant regulations to make sure Brenntag Country is working with meet with all these requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education        :           Bachelor’s in chemical/ Health and Safety/relevant degrees.

Experience      :           5+ years of working experience within QSHE

                                    Well-verse in international standards such as ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018

                                    Working experience in the chemical industry is a plus.

Age                  :           25 years up

Sex                   :           Male/ Female

Others              :           Strong people skills and analytical skills

                                     Good command in spoken and written English

                                     Proficiency in PC skill
