The Job
- Define testing plan, write, execute and maintain test cases.
- Set up automation test and know how to use popular automation testing tools
- Estimate and perform testing following test plans. Align and report testing status with development on a daily basis.
- Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned.
- Implement and maintain the testing process to ensure both the development team and engineer team stays on the same page and issues are solved efficiently.
- Follow up on requests from the development team.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication. Proactively implement initiatives to enhance test processes and foster collaboration between internal and external QA teams.
- Analyze and clarify internal/ external client's requirements;
- Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
- Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
- Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet business's expectation;
- Documentation of the system manuals.
- Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

***Knowledge:
- Experienced in tech product development and QA Processes
- Automation testing
- Project management mindset
- Testing and Mobile platforms. Software & Hardware knowledge
- Essential App Features: iOS & Android
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Test tools
***Skill:
- 1-3 years of testing experience for enterprises system of global market
- Automation testing skills
- Reporting and synthesis
- Identify Test case scenarios
- Write Test cases and Checklists
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting
- Bug report and isolate. Bug follow up
- Log tracing, SQL scripts
- Communication & Teamwork
- API testing skills

Thay vào đó chúng tôi vận dụng và phát huy tối đa kha năng của các hoạt chất, chiết xuất từ thực vật mà không cần đến sự hỗ trợ của các nguyên liệu có nguồn gốc từ động vật tại Việt Nam, sở hữu nhiều dòng sản phẩm chăm sóc da; tóc; body …và không ngừng gia tăng số chủng loại mới; với sứ mệnh mang đến vẻ đẹp toàn diện cho mọi người trong suốt hơn 5 năm qua.
