Magento Development:

• Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce platforms (Magento 2).
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the platform.

Integration & Customization:

• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance website functionality (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM systems).
• Customize Magento extensions and modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth navigation.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Maintenance & Support:

• Monitor the performance of e-commerce websites and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the stability and security of the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest Magento updates and security patches, applying them as necessary.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Magento and E-commerce platform development.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful e-commerce web/ app.
• Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs.
• Experience with performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry developments.

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of Magento architecture, themes, and modules.
• Understanding of security best practices and data protection.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Considerations:

• Magento certifications (e.g., Magento Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
• Experienced with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
• AWS certifications (Cloud practitioner, Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator, or experience with AWS is plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Magento 2 development, including module and theme development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience with caching management, page loading performance.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Github.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Knockout.js).
