Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 150 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
I. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Be accountable for group cash operation
Prepare monthly latest estimate of direct CF, indirect CF and CWC
Prepare Cash flow forecast 1YP and 3YP
Manage bank mandate update
Maintain relationship and ensure availability of funding from financial institutions
Support decision making with data and insight
Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
Facilitate effective communication between the company's management and investors, covering various aspects such as strategy, business plans, budgets, and annual results through both verbal and written means.
Be accountable for fund raising plan
Creates presentations, and other communication materials for industry events, and presentations to banks, and investors
Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community
Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Major in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, etc.
2. Experience:
7+ years experiences in Investor relations, planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other Finance related fields
Leading team member is a plus
Ecommerce experience is a plus
3. Skills:
Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill, experience working with C-suite is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and financial modelling skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems and practices
Strong analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently
