Responsible for the entire venue, including finance, sales and marketing and meeting KPIs

Oversee all aspects of the business making sure the outlet is running properly and meeting company standards

Plan and implement sales strategy to assist with achieving KPI with the Sales and Marketing team

Pass on informations of company policies to all personnel

Work with management to oversee and supervise staff members

initiate actions such as recruitment, selections, transfer, counselling, dismissing

Resolve on ground complains between FOH, raise to HR only if matter escalates

Serve as liaison among the Company’s Executives

Review daily reports to make sure it's accurate

Assist security with incident management, escape plans etc.

Provide work directives, resolve problems, and set deadlines to ensure completion of operational functions

Walk the venue premises to ensure the venue is running properly
