• Reviews invoice journal daily.
• Reviews documentation in all payments prepared by Accounts Payable staff
• Reconciles records against suppliers/contractor’s records.
• Prepares monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts.
• Prepares and reconciles Government remittances & all taxes paid.
• Entertain supplier inquiries.
• Maintains proper filing of all records/invoices.
• Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and the Core Values of Alma Resort.
• Become environmental friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 5 star hotel/resort.
- Good command in English
- MS Office
- Priority candidates who know about the Sun system
