Identify and research new and existing market opportunities to secure deals that meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting how DBG solutions address their specific needs.
Conduct cold calling and schedule meetings with clients to understand their challenges and propose effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that address each client's unique business requirements.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and other activities to the Sales Manager.
Contribute to the success of the team by taking on additional tasks as assigned.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Business Development role, preferably within the B2B international business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Demonstrated accountability and teamwork skills.
Access to a personal laptop for work purposes.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
