: Support Business Development & Marketing team to issue promotions programs (vouchers, product promotions, add-on deals, bundle deals, free shipping...) on requests. Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process. Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing. Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user's experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange. Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements. Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly. Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/rebate-related issues and improve the voucher process. Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user's experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange. Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
