Associate, Restructuring – Kroll Cyber Risk

The Kroll business Restructuring practices’ aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Our clients include major high street banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates, and individuals. We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst in Hanoi. Who will take a fundamental role in working with the senior members of the team to help with coordination and progression of research and analysis into stressed and distressed credit situations. Credit Analyst will benefit from significant exposure and autonomy in your role. The Credit Analyst will be expected to develop a network of relationships across Kroll’s Restructuring teams in Asia and Europe and gradually to identify restructuring advisory opportunities yourself.

Day To Day Responsibilities

Completing corporate credit analysis across diverse sectors and jurisdictions and presenting findings to the senior members of the team
Monitoring of credit, economic and financial markets to identify potential business opportunities
Supporting in the development and delivery of financial advisory presentations

Essential Traits

Degree educated (preferably in a mathematical/economics related subject) to at least 2:1 standard from a top university.
At least 2 years’ experience as a credit analyst in an investment bank, fund manager or credit rating agency.
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Solid understanding of economics
Familiar with valuation methodologies
Knowledge of Corporate Finance products like Bloomberg, Eikon, Capital IQ
English and Mandarin speaker

Prerequisites

Strong analytical and research skills alongside report writing skills
Lateral thinker, inquisitive and solution driven
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks during times of high workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior management
Enthusiastic approach to networking and business development

Năm 2015: Shopee lần đầu tiên được ra mắt tại Singapore với định hướng là sàn thương mại điện tử phát triển chủ yếu trên thiết bị di động. Sau đó, sàn giao dịch này đã giới thiệu chính thức 7 thị trường trong khu vực gồm: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thái Lan, Đài Loan, Philippines và Việt Nam
Tháng 12/ 2015, sự kiện Shopee University lần đầu được tổ chức ở Đài Loan
Tháng 06/ 2017, Shopee Mall chính thức ra mắt tại Đài Loan. Tính đến thời điểm hiện nay, sàn giao dịch này đã có hơn 11.000 nhà bán hàng trên Shopee Mall tại 7 thị trường.
Năm 2018, doanh nghiệp này đã đạt tổng doanh thu chạm ngưỡng 10 tỷ USD với hơn 600 triệu giao dịch tại sàn.
Tháng 12/2019, sàn giao dịch này đã bán được 80 triệu sản phẩm trong chương trình sale mừng sinh nhật.
Cũng trong năm 2019, đã có hơn 500 triệu lượt xem trên chương trình Shopee Live, hơn 1 tỷ lượt chơi các game ứng dụng.
