KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Revenue Management Analytics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as Occupancy, Pacing, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and occupancy.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies to optimize room sales and maximize revenue by market segment and key accounts.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and provide recommendations for revenue optimization by market segment, channels, room types, accounts.
- Collaborate with the Revenue lead to ensure rate integrity and market competitiveness across all distribution channels.
- Track and report on promotional campaign performance from all channels to assess the impact on revenue.
Digital Data Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts (PPC, SEO, social media, email campaigns) and website performance, google analytics to enhance guest engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide insights on guest behavior, booking patterns, and preferences using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital content, user experience, and online presence.
- Track and report on direct web bookings and other digital sources of revenue.
Reporting and Dashboard Management:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into hotel performance.
- Present findings to senior management, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development of KPIs to track the success of key business initiatives.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or revenue management.
- Strong understanding of the hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, direct bookings, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or other database management tools.
