The Purpose of Your Role

Reporting directly into the Senior Accountant with a dotted line to the Regional Finance Manager, Junior Accountant is an integral member of Vietnam team and is responsible for assigned accounting and financial tasks for Vietnam entities under Senior Accountant’s supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

● Payment: Gather information and prepare payment request list from cross-functional teams; upload payments to bank portal

● Accounts Receivable (AR): Support to monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection. Collect supporting documentation and request outsourcing service to issue invoice timely.

● Accounts Payable (AP): Support to manage and follow up the payment for vendors.

● Tax and accountings reports: Support to review tax declaration and monthly financial statement prepared by the outsourcing service

● Collaboration: Work closely with OPS team and other team members to ensure efficient financial operations.

● Storage and develop document archive processes

● Other tasks assigned by Senior Accountant and management team.

Who We Want

●      At least 1 year of progressive professional experience in the finance & accounting function.

●      BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field.

●      Ability to use English in communicating and writing effectively.

●      Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.

●      Previous experience working in a startup environment and/or scaling a high growth business is highly desirable.

●      Hands-on who is not afraid to get into the details but can also step back and see the bigger picture.

●      Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates resilience in challenging situations.
