QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educated in a Hotel Management or Vocational Studies specializing in Culinary and Food Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Kitchen Helper in 5* Hospitality.
• Equip with basic knowledge HACCP or ISO22000 food hygiene standards.

EXPERIENCE:

• Basic reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• 1 year experience in kitchen covering all aspects of pastry cooking.
• Must possess a level of creativity and quality standards
