We are seeking a visionary Strategic Planning Manager to lead the development of innovative influencer marketing strategies for high-profile clients, especially in the beauty industry. This role involves crafting data-driven solutions that deliver impactful results. You will utilize a global ecosystem, advanced tools, and expert insights to shape the future of influencer marketing and elevate brand connections.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive annual influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and resonate with target audiences, specializing in the beauty and cosmetics landscape.
• Unlock Data-Driven Insights: Go beyond surface-level social listening, utilizing our robust suite of tools and resources to unearth micro-moments and data-driven insights that fuel strategic planning and drive impactful activations.
• Champion Advocacy Excellence: Be a thought leader in the influencer marketing space, possessing a deep understanding of the latest trends, platforms, and best practices, particularly within the beauty industry.
• Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling campaign proposals that outline creative concepts, strategic influencer selection, tactical execution plans, and detailed budget allocations.
• Be a Client Partner: Cultivate strong client relationships, providing strategic counsel, presenting insightful reports, and proactively addressing opportunities and challenges.
• Embrace Innovation: Continuously explore new influencer marketing approaches, platforms, and technologies, identifying opportunities to elevate our offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning with a deep dive into influencer marketing, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful advocacy campaigns, particularly within the beauty industry.
• Experience in affiliate marketing planning is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying strategic concepts to both internal teams and clients.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
