1. Delivery Scheduling:

• Receive delivery schedules and designs from customers and the sales department.
• Plan and organize transportation schedules based on customer requirements.

2. Transport Allocation and Monitor:

• Assign transport to load goods with a suitable timeframe, enough for each customer.
• Update and request the transporters to maintain the vehicle condition meeting the requirements of customers and transporting goods.
• Keep track of the timeframe of vehicle arrival for loading goods at the company and delivering goods to customers.
• Monitor transport to be precautionary about any unexpected matter which could lead to the failure of delivery and proactively inform customers.

3. Loading Coordination:

• Proactively update to loading team and QC to pre-notice in enough time advance for preparation of goods, including designs, timeframe, loading time, and customers.
• Ensure necessary resources are available for loading.

4. Reconciliating and Collecting Packaging Materials:

• Monitor the quantity of packaging materials of all kinds that customers are keeping.
• Accelerating collecting packaging materials
• Periodically reconciliating the quantity of packaging that customers keep.
• Scheduling and performing stock take of packaging at customers frequently.

5. Reporting and Performance Management:

• Prepare a delivery and loading schedule, including designs, timeframe, loading time, and customers at least a day before loading.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance and transport efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate transport operations to identify areas for improvement.

6. Reconciliation and Management of Packaging at Customers:

• Manage reconciliation for deliveries and stock of packaging at customers periodically.
• Conduct stock-taking activities of packaging at customers periodically.
• Coordinate the collection of packaging materials from customers.

7. Customer Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance service quality.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Experience

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply management, at least 10 years in manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with delivery scheduling and transport allocation.

2. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• Fields such as Logistics, Accounting, Supply Management, Business Administration, or Transportation Management are highly relevant.
• A degree provides foundational knowledge in logistics operations, inventory management, and customer service.

3. Knowledge:

• Understanding of transportation regulations and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation practices.

4. Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, office software.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
