[JHC0036413] Logistics, Trade & Licensing Assistant

■ Import Operations & Licensing

• Understand products imported from Japan and register for NOC (Notification of Cosmetic Product) applications with government agencies for cosmetics.
• Be involved in starting import operations for non-cosmetic products, such as daily goods.
• Handle all order processing, trade, and logistics with the Japanese head office and Vietnamese clients after obtaining the necessary licenses.

■ Logistics & Administration

• Create label content for imported products, upload information to the label system, and manage label inventory and procurement.
• Translate product packaging and related documents.
• Coordinate and exchange documents with 3PL warehouses and customs brokers.

■ Export & Domestic Order Processing

• Manage export tasks, including customs clearance procedures and document creation, and coordinate paperwork with the Japan side.
• Handle the entire domestic order process, from processing orders from retail clients to requesting picking from the warehouse and confirming delivery completion.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• N2 level of Japanese; intermediate-level English skills, it's a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in import/export and trade operations. Experience with cosmetic product license registration is a plus.
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience working at a Japanese trading company (any industry).
• Willing to handle diverse responsibilities.
