- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Growth Strategist, Business Development, Product Marketing or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proven working experience in e-commerce/ payment (end-user) products or companies
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
