Mô tả Công việc
1/ Reception and Administration tasks
- Maintain / control office machines and bulletin board.
- Manage, register parking card, business card for employees.
- Maintain Company contact list, email, phone, and update monthly.
- Compose regulations / memo that related to Main office, Admin
- Monitor phone and hand-phone expenses monthly and send report to Accounting.
- Guest welcoming, meeting arrangement, and accommodation
*2/ Attendance record and annual leave for staff
- Check, validate daily time attendance
- Complete final time attendance as timeline from C&B team
3/ Transportation, Taxi and house usage coordination
- Car contract handling.
- “Car request” processing and coordinate and arrange car usage effectively
- Checking transport route/distance, toll fee and petrol
- Process transportation expenses payment procedure.
- Control and monitor taxi use properly
4/ Support HR functional task
- Visa extension, Work permit and support other legal documentation.
- Hotel / Accommodation (staff and expats)
- Payment procedure for Expenses of Office
5/ Employee relationship & company activities/ event
- Organize all company activities/ events (Year End Party, Company trip,…)
6/ Other administration work
- Purchase things for Depts.
- Office security, office cleaning, office decoration
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• College/ University degree
• Have over 2 years of experience in Admin at foreign company.
• Must be Fluent in English
• Very good communication skill (both Vietnamese and English)
• Well organized and a problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
• Ability to work under pressure as well as multi-task
