Mô tả công việc

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.
Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service and maintain brand standards.
Plan staffing schedules, allocate duties, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory while controlling departmental costs and budgets.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
Other tasks may need assign by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping management in hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness standards.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Good English communication skills.
