Responsibility
Market Access Services (MAS):
- Support the collaboration with business stream and business field managers to create and develop new cross- business and cross- regional opportunities.
- Ensure that the market access services and relevant business lines are on top of the latest regulatory requirements and updates.
- Execute any relevant administrative work when needed.
- Update technical information through the hierarchy to department staff members.
- Optimize customer satisfaction through managing the MAS processes in a timely, cost effective, professional and accurate manner.
- Based on international and local regulatory requirements, provide any Market Access Country of Origin (CoO) and Country of Destination (CoD) Services to internal and external customers.
- Support and coordinate the development of local operational market access services portfolio to provide a one- stop, global market access service for testing and certification of electrical components and products as well as other business field products.
- Constantly aim to make clients more successful through meeting their needs, and allow technical updates and information related to the services to flow quickly and effectively to the appropriate employees.
- Ensure operational excellence achievement, and ensure that improvement activities and methods are continuously and consistently applied.
- Manage MAS projects. This includes: arranging meetings and communicating with customers and other business partners, collecting quotations from subcontractors (if any), calculating of quotation prices, coordinating project activities between the involved parties, etc. Ensure that orders from customers are fulfilled as agreed, accurately, and within scheduled time.
- Perform researches and project coordination/ management between all internal and external interfaces.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical support/ training/ seminars/ information related to regulations, etc.
Factory Inspection (FI):
- Deliver quality FI services in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Undertake necessary actions to obtain factory inspector qualification.

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in technical majors or relevant fields
・Language: English Business Level (good communication, writing and negotiation ability) and Chinese Business Level (good communication, writing and speaking)
・Gender: Any
・Age: not limited

・Experience:
- Have 3 years of working experience in Market Access Services or International Approvals.
- Experience in working with clients.
- OR have 5 years of working experience in international TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry environment

・Skill/ Knowledge:
- Ability to work as translation between English and local language for daily business projects and operations
- Interpersonal skills, intercultural understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to execute operation excellence
- Expert in international regulatory environment, schemes and regulations
- Ability to embrace and promote changes to seize opportunities in any Market Access Services
- Experience and effectiveness in liaising with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and clients
- Good understanding of quality management system (QMS)
- Knowledge of SAP and other IT applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in research and summarize skill
