A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing a group of assigned customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- This role involves daily communication with international clients, coordination with internal departments, and contribution to the company’s sales growth, while leading the operations of our Mix Container Concept — a new business model designed to offer flexibility, efficiency, and simplicity to our global customers.
- It offers exposure to a multicultural environment, international business trips, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
Customer Management:
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with assigned customers.
- Understand customer needs and ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, and product developments in collaboration with internal departments (Production, QA, Logistics, and Design).
- Coordinate meetings and customer visits in Vietnam.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and product information as required.
Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential new customers and markets.
- Support sales campaigns, trade fairs, and customer events.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.
- Propose creative ideas to grow business opportunities and expand sales networks.
Project management:
- Own and manage the Mix Container Concept, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor project performance, margins, and lead times to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Present project updates to management and support the launch of new collections.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Monitor and update order status in the company system accurately.
- Assist in solving operational or product-related issues quickly and professionally.
