The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including:
- Managing and training staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies
- Controlling food and beverage costs
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports
