Responsible for finding and building partnerships, executing in-store activation activities, and collaborating on marketing content creation (concepting, scripting, and contributing content) for campaigns.

A. Partnership & Activation (70%)

• Coordinate partners for Offline stores and Online/App, including planning, executing and tracking performance.
• Looking for possible partners to create collaborative events with our Community, including planning, executing and tracking performance.
• Plan and execute in-store activations: minigames, booths, photobooth and event for community
• Monitor KPIs, measure effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Coordinate logistics: gifts, POSM, manpower, setup and transportation.
• Work closely with internal teams: product, commerce, store, BA and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Consolidate and report performance for each partnership, activation program and event.

B. Operations & Admin (30%)

• Support system operations: gift setup, product push and system notifications.
• Arrange and manage team-related materials such as gifts, POSM, manpower, setup and transportation.
• Handle paperwork including contracts and payments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Multimedia Communications or related fields
• Certificates or coursework in Trade Marketing, Project Management, Content Creation, Videography/Photography or Brand Communication are preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing (Partnership, Activation, Trade, or Content Creation)
• Experience in FMCG, beauty or retail industries is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with partners, store teams and internal stakeholders
• Creative thinking with strong concept development and storytelling ability
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized and a strong team player
• Good time management and problem-solving skills, especially during activation execution
• English: Able to communicate effectively
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Google Workspace; able to use Excel for data processing and reporting
• Willing to support weekend events when required
