A. JOB SUMMARY
As Demand and Supply Planning Manager, you will:
Continuously improve key end-to-end planning performance indicators from Forecast to customer on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain effective forecast models based on pharmaceutical trends and demand patterns, ensuring efficient supply based on future demand.
Challenge and analyze sales forecasting numbers and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy and satisfy customer demand.
Develop and implement master production schedules MPS, and MRP to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency and cost.
Be the process owner of establishing FGs and material safety stocks, modeling inventory, inventory and capacity management, and minimizing slow-moving and obsolete stock.
Implement and lead Weekly meetings, Demand meetings, and S&OP meetings with BOD attendance.
You will report directly to the Project Management Director.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERALL
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the supply chain, leveraging technology to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards and laws.
Manage, coach, and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
DEMAND PLANNING
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Project Coordinator to develop an effective forecast model.
Monitor, analyze, and report on changes in sales forecasts, and budgets. Ability to identify problems/issues.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for demand forecasting, inventory management, and safety stock levels.
Implement supply chain management systems in demand to enhance visibility, traceability, and data accuracy.
SUPPLY PLANNING
Review sales, and stocks nationwide to ensure finished goods (FGs) are available for market demand.
Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements for continuous production.
Ensure proper packaging materials and raw material availability for productions with the right quantities, right codes, right time, right quality, on time - in full, at least cost.
Ensure compliance with relevant pharma regulations, standards, and laws.
Other assigned tasks by the Line Manager.C. QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES
Experience & Knowledge:
10+ years in Planning.
3+ years in a Planning Manager role.
Strong in system SAP/APO, familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing environment.
Excellent in data analysis, and statistical forecasting with track records.
Strong in end-to-end Supply Chain view, Demand and Supply planning process, forecasting, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Skills:
Leadership in continuous improvement and clear direction.
Agile with fluctuation/change, good in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Strong in inventory management, project management, and time management.
Fluent in statistics, spreadsheets, and root cause analysis.
Data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
