RESPONSIBILITIES

To promote continuous improvement of quality, safety and environment.
Coordinate the realization of timely actions in the production plant to achieve certification, maintenance and revision of the system of quality management and environment.
Keep, maintain and control the internal documentation of the quality, safety and environment management system.
Coordinate and follow up on:
Environmental indicators: annual analysis and declarations.
Customer and supplier audits.
Environmental Activities License.
KPI&039;s of the production plant in all its areas.
Internal and external corrective action plans.
Periodic review of Control Plans and PFME.
Risk analysis of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Occupational Risk Prevention and coordination with the external Prevention Service.
Managing and resolving customer complaints.
Supervise:
Internal audits and application of the established corrective actions within the defined period.
Tasks of the Supplier Quality Assurance regarding the supplier quality part.
Elaboration of PPAP’s.
Supervise and manage waste documentation (documentation, transport, recovery, etc.) and be responsible to the Vietnam Waste Agency.
Review and analyze legal requirements, according to P202.
Carry out continuous assessment of environmental aspects.
Perform weekly reporting on Quality, Safety and Environment for the Department Management.
Coordinate internal quality: process controls and acceptance criteria; rejection for purchased products, in process and final product; decision on the disposal of non- conforming products; promote preventive actions to processes.
Reviewing, analyzing and informing the Department&039;s Management of the legal and customer requirements within the scope of Quality, Environment and Safety.
In case of absence delegate to: Quality Control Supervisor and Supplier Quality Assurance
Comply with the requirements of order and cleanliness, quality, safety and environmental required.
Manage external communication related to the environment.
Perform the delegated functions of the superior hierarchical/functional.
Managing environmental non- conformities.
Manage and analyze the costs of Quality, Environment and Safety

Training:

Internal Auditor of Management Systems
Valuable: training Audits ISO 19011
Quality Management Tools according to Core Tools
Environmental Management System ISO 14001
Valuable: audits VDA process 6.3
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Physics
Quality Management System ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Inspection and control techniques
Prevention of Occupational Risks
Valuable: training quality management system EN 9100
Valuable: training Internal auditor ISO 14001

Languages:
