I. Job Descriptions
HR Business Partnership
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master‘s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRBP roles and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition positions.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
