Directly supervises all operations of injection:
+ Responsible for the execution of the production plan
+ Responsible to organize the workflow and job distribution in Injection departments
+ Contact person for injection related quality between sections and other departments
+ All documentation for injection department
+ Material planning process.
Daily work through production to have a look into machine running, process flow, quality to make sure everything is under control
Manage the material consumption and control the regrind material quality, quantity.
Manage the semi-finish good, the accessory and make sure FIFO principle when delivery to production
Control the quantity of accessory to prevent unknown lost, run out of material
Check and improve safety by remind team follow the guidelines and standards which issued by company and managers.
Set up training schedules and train worker in time to maximize the performance and avoid mistakes
Implement WI for Injection.
Work close with the other teams such as Mold maintenance, Machine maintenance, Material, QC in order to improve the production.
Control quality, finds out the best way for improvement.
Make the preventive action/ corrective action for internal/external feedback.
6S implementation and improvements for production.
Inform and report to BOD when there are any problem happen.
Other tasks as to be assigned by Injection Manager.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: From 2 years of experience in injection molding of manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibilities.
English: Good communication in English skills.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Other skills:
Knowledge of Lean principles and training methods.
Familiarity with ISO systems.

Probation time: 2 months with 100% salary

Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:45)
Rotating Saturday 09 days/ year for 1st year. [protected info] on Sat . From 2nd year it would be 06 days/ year.
