We are partnering with banks which are embracing changes toward digital banking. These changes are exciting but complex, and we are looking for team members who are motivated by big challenges and are ready to dive headlong into helping us grapple with complexity, build solutions and turn our visions into a reality. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager who will be at the forefront of our transition into Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) financial solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new opportunities in the emerging AGI financial landscape. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for assigned banking clients, fostering trust and building enduring partnerships - Collaborate with customers and senior management to develop cutting-edge AI use cases that unlock the power of AGI in financial services - Design and execute complex sales strategies, driving significant new business opportunities - Negotiate and close high-value contracts to maximize revenue - Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, positioning AGI solutions as the transformative answer - Manage the successful delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet client objectives and timelines - Communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, exceeding sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics, providing data-driven insights into sales performance - Prepare insightful reports on account status, keeping stakeholders informed - Collaborate with sales teams to identify and cultivate new growth opportunities within your territory - Assist with high-priority client requests and escalations
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements - Extensive experience in retail banking, particularly in retail banking products, retail credit risk management, and networking with banking senior management level - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level, with a focus on AGI financial solutions - Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Proven ability to design and execute complex deal strategies - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Willingness to travel to HCMC on a monthly basis (this is for position AM in Hanoi only) Nice to have: - History of winning contracts for AI/ML programs - Experience with and understanding of AI and Machine Learning
