- Handle incoming enquiries
- Prepare technical costing sheets
- Generate sales quotation and create sales order in system
- Interface with customers job status, and handle enquiries
- Administrative support such as e-filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
- Prepare contract review documents & NDA’s, new customer account creation, credit notes, follow up on invoices issuance.
- Report all activities to Sales Manager.
- Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Report Officer.
