Assist Operations Director in planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating the systems, programs and policies of the company related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and projects with relevant departments if any.

Maintain system/procedures:

- Gather data and information relevant to the systems, procedures, and work instructions under review

- Assist the Operation Director in verifying with the concerned personnel the company procedures and departmental work instructions.

- Assist some departments in conducting simulation tests and studies for new systems planned to be implemented

- Monitoring daily compliance to existing systems, procedures and work instructions

Measuring and tracking KPI:

- Support to coordinate with ITD and related departments to build some reports measuring KPI.

- Support to double check the KPI results of some departments

- Frequently check the accuracy of reports/data which used to measure KPI of some departments.

Organize and follow up the meeting:

- Take note during meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, follow up tasks/projects mentioned in the meeting.

- Prepare and collect weekly management meeting documents. Check the content and documents of all departments before presenting.

- Prepare PowerPoint slides and other presentation materials when needed

- Other tasks that may be assigned by operation director from time-to-time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College/University level/graduate of any course
• Minimal 2 years in relavant position.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.Prefer to know more chinese.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical skill, time management skill, problem solving skill and teamwork spirit
• Professional, organized and above all honest
