Data Analytics, & CRM Administrator is one of the key contributors to Commercial Excellence who is responsible for developing the holistic database, analytics and visualization across data points of business operations in both top-line and bottom-line standpoints. Furthermore, this position contributes to the drive of sales planning and customer management on regular basis in terms of framework, technological application and thereby excellence in execution in local business operations. He/she will also play a critical role to ensure all of the incentive scheme compliantly calculated and proceeded throughout approval workflow.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Science, Analytics
· Apply business insights and G2M understanding to continuously and resiliently innovate the company dashboard holistically across dimensions of the business as single source of performance management of business operational indicators including revenue, distribution, customer management, inventory level, and other FFE performance database.
Develop the framework for sales planning activities annually in terms of historical data and customer mapping across business lines in alignment with up-to-date strategic imperatives.
· Drive the holistic data visibility of inventory management for all in-market SKUs across touchpoints from demand planning to warehouses at Zoetis, LSP, ZPC(s) and ultimately customers warehouses in strong collaboration with other stakeholders including Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Lines.
· Serve as coordinator with 3rd party for the management of Distribution Management System (DMS) where applied especially to ZPCs as well as generate the data analytics and visualization of distribution performance across channels and species.
· Evaluate the sales performance for all relevant salesforce who is eligible for incentive on quaterly basis with transparency and complaince
· Nurture the One Zoetis corporate value by integrating all teams in terms of standard framework and data-based business management as well as embracing and encouraging best practices which cultivate the enhanced standards and disciplines across business lines.
· Serve as In-house Consultant for Data Science, Analytics and Visualization to drive discussion and alignment on related business improvement proposal in identifying the opportunities to enhance the database management on Dashboard across the go-to-market model for each and every business lines as well as drive alignment on solutions, processes and initiatives.
CRM Administration
· Serve as point of administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on salesforce.com in collaboration with global/cluster experts. Serve as key contact point for ensuring customer database always up-to-date sufficiently in collaboration with Customer Service, Business Lines and Field Force Effectiveness
· Serve as In-house Consultant for CRM platform utilization with strong collaboration with Cluster ZTD, FFE in enhancing the system from technical and business needs
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Business Consulting or related field, master's degree is a plus. Preferably acquire the qualified certificates in business analysis and project management
* 5+ years' experience of working in business analysis and administration with strong achievement record in insight generation, project management and consultancy to senior decision makers
* Ability to communicate concisely and concretely on proposal as well as recommendations related to subjects within scope. Sufficient English communication skill is a must-have
* Sufficient competency to propose solutions to solve in-scope problems or issues effectively
* Ability to manage and drive stakeholders from both internal and external aspects towards strong alignment either in planning or in execution
* Exceptionally excellent in data management knowledge, skills and platforms, including Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Excel, etc.
* Sufficient other computer skills (Power Point, Word) to manage daily operations from planning, and presenting to execution and reporting. Advanced level is required in data processing domain
* Ability to organize, prioritize tasks wisely to manage time allocation efficiently
* Ability to lead and drive projects within scope from strategic planning, alignment and flawless execution
* Own an entrepreneurship mindset to drive results via resilience and competencies
* Explicit the strong learning agility and adaptability to change management
