We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management.
The main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Total Reward Management
- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to ensure that the Company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive.
- Design and maintain the Company's salary structure and pay ranges.
- Administer our annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage and control the Company's compensation and benefit policies, ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, and trade unions.
- Give advice to Management about issues related to total rewards.
- Communicate effectively with employees about the total rewards programs.
2. HR Operation
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulations of the company.
- Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.
- Manage our employee recognition and awards programs.
- Develop and implement performance management programs that align with our company culture and values
- Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
- Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally.Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in HR.
- Experience in life insurance industry is preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- High sense of responsibility, result-oriented and enthusiasm.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
