The Operations Specialist's responsibilities include executing daily operation,manage inventory, ensuring the correct ordering of customers/clients, seeing tothe maintenance and replacement of operational equipment, optimizing processes,overseeing the operations Omni team, and liaising with external stakeholders. Manage daily operation for Omni Channel Team for nationwide. Managingday-to-day operations. Optimizingoperational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintainingquality standards. Assistingwith the implementation of new processes and procedures. Identifyingways to improve working process and customers experiences. Overseeing theoperations team and assigning tasks. Interactingwith Internal Team and Stakeholders, answering questions, and resolving issues. Trackingand reporting on operational performance. Maintaining policy and proceduredocuments. Doreporting tasks assigned by Line Manager.Experience: Best knowledge ofoperation at ecommerce platform, hyper market / retailer and Omni Channelbusiness. Skills: Detail-oriented. Strongproblem-solving and time management skills. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Strongpeople management and organizational skills. Abilityto analyze and improve operational processes. Projectmanagement and leadership experience. Soft Skills: Presentation skill,Management and following and multi-tasks solving. Education : Bachelor's degreepreferred. Bachelor In Economics or SupplyChain /Logistics Business. Experience: at least 2+ years of experience as an operationsspecialist or in a similar role at ecommerce platforms, hyper market or retailer.Omni channel or E-commerce experience is preferred. Attitude: honesty, highresponsibility, can-do mindset Language: English. French is a plus.
