Mô tả Công việc - Cover HR activities of Ho Chi Minh Office, Phnompenh Office, Myanmar Office - Manage and ensure all HR activities including compensation, benefits, insurance comply with the Labor Law and Social Compliant - Monitor effective recruitment labor and make the training needs - Deploy appraisal rule, make appraisal data, appraisal result - Develop the labor relationship and control turnoverate - Making HR reports such as manpower, costing and others - Other HR and supportive activities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc - University Degree with major in Human Resources or in related fields. - Minimum 2 years experience at same level ( Having worked in Japan company before is priorited) - Good at English. - Able to work well under pressure, meet target & deadlines - Highly self disciplined, good sence of responsibilities - Hard working, good communication, logic & analytical thinking - Strong leadership, management, communication skills are compulsory. - Skilled in Computer Operation (MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
