Corporate Management
· Provide leadership and management to subordinate on accounting, tax and Internal Control matters, HR & admin matters
· Ensure Finance staff is trained and team organized to perform the work required.
· Provide support to Country Manager with performance & business analysis.
· Maintained according to company policy.
Finance, Accounting & Credit Control
· Perform or ensure that following tasks are performed according to requirement
· Processing of accounting transaction in the Financial System as per accounting Standard and company policies.
· Calculating & Processing Tax according to local requirements
· Preparation of Tax Planning
· Preparation of Cash Flow Statement & Forecast
· Prepare Financial Report & Forecast Report as per Group requirement
· Coordinate Annual Audits with appointed auditors.
· Preparation of budget and forecasts as per requirements
· Ensure that accounting that filling is organized as per accounting standards.
· Ensure that operations are organized to allow best tax optimization.
· Analyze country operation to highlight opportunities and areas that need to be optimized, re-organized, downsized, or eliminated.
· Ensure debtor aging is healthy and collection on time
HR & Admin
· Lead and support HR Exec on payroll, recruitment, labor contract and PIT finalization for employees and expats
· Maintain Company Employee book & policy to align with group policy and Labor law.
· Review performance key indicator yearly for employee
· Manage all matters related Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning
· Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations
· Organize regular events/activities for employees
· Manage all office equipment and office supplies, arrange maintenance when necessary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor of Finance or Accounting
- Chief Accountant certificate is a MUST
- Minimum 8 years experience in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Management reporting
- Minimum 3 years experience in Management Role Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Accounting, Legal and Tax principles.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, Statement and projection.
- Interpersonal / Skills and collaborative management style.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Commitment to get the job done.
- Fluent communication in English.
