- To find out customer problems and order problems to develop solutions for them
- To implement solutions as project coordinator or PIC of these tasks
- To respond to customer feedback and inquiries by developing new systems/functions and methods to prevent occurrences as well as increase customer satisfaction
- To manage and operate the system to ensure smooth CS operations
- To coordinate with different functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, ...) to develop and implement company programs that require CS participation
- Other service tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Head of Group
REQUIREMENT:
- University or College graduated
- From 1 year at the same position (working with system in Customer Service/Service Planning field or related)
