With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB PURPOSE: The General accountant is responsible for the accuracy and timely of separated and consolidated financial reports, review on P&L and BS on a monthly basis to identify the risk of under/over-statement of financial reports, keep updated of changes in IFRS/USGAAP/VAS, check daily payment request on Base system, do closing task monthly, manage year-end audit, assist tax audits, co-working with FBP for financial planning, analysis and Cashflow forecast. Key duties include prepare financial reports , review P&L and BS, check daily payment request on Base system, do closing task monthly, manage year-end audit, assist tax audits and co-working with FBP for financial planning, analysis and Cashflow forecast, follow up and manage all projects related to Accounting team.

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Check daily payment request on Base system
• Check daily payment request on Base system.
• Ensure all payment requests is correct and have fully supporting documents

2. Do closing task monthly
• Work with D&D to ensure all data related to revenue, expense and inventory are recorded fully and accuracy.
• Post accounting transaction to ERP system
• Review GL account before closing

3. Prepare financial report
• Ensure the accuracy and timely of separated and consolidated financial reports according to closing schedule

4. Review on P&L and BS on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly reconciliation file for P&L and BS
• Review and identify the risk of under/over-statement of financial reports

5. Updated of changes in IFRS/USGAAP/VAS
• Keep updated of changes in IFRS/USGAAP/VAS and potential impact on company business
• To ensure such changes are generally communicated and understood within company, especially within Accounting department itself

6. Manage year-end audit
• Manage year-end audit in corporation with external auditors to ensure audit report is issued on time

7. Co-working with FBP
• Provide information for preparing Cashflow forecast
• Provide information for financing firm and bank
• Co-working with FBP for financial planning and analysis

8. Project / Procedure
• Know how to plan a project, build accounting process
• Follow up and manage all projects related to Accounting team

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

● Knowledge
- Education: Bachelor / Master / ACCA / CPA of Finance and Accounting.

● Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical skill: good knowledge in relation to IFRS, VAS and local Tax regulations
- Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong inter-personal skills and able to relate with employees at all levels
- Diligent, hardworking, able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Honest and integrity
- Logical, careful and good analysis
- Proficient in English language skills, both reading and writing.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Accounting System and ERP-365 Dynamics software.

● Experience
- 8+ years’ relevant professional work experience, including at least 3 years of experiences as General Accountant in a FDI manufacturing enterprise with big size.
- Working at an e-commerce company is an advantage.

Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Dịch vụ Tài chính Hoàng Huy (TCH) có bề dày 20 năm thành lập phát triển và gặt hái được rất nhiều thành công đáng kể. Những thành công này được thể hiện phần nào thông qua những con số về doanh thu và lợi nhuận hàng năm của Công ty luôn đạt mức cao. Năm 2016, công ty được xếp hạng 500 công ty lớn nhất Việt Nam theo tạp chí VNR500. Lĩnh vực kinh doanh chính của TCH kinh doanh xe ô-tô tải và bất động sản. Hiện tại, TCH là đại diện phân phối xe tải đầu kéo International chính hãng của Navistar tại Việt Nam. Lịch sử thành lập

Tháng 10/1995, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Dịch vụ Tài chính Hoàng Huy (TCH), tiền thân là Công ty TNHH Thương mại Hoàng Huy được thành lập, với ngành nghề kinh doanh chính là sản xuất, kinh doanh và lắp ráp xe máy, ôtô tải từ 0,5 đến 25 tấn, xuất nhập khẩu xe du lịch và các xe chuyên dụng, đầu tư tài chính và bất động sản địa ốc.
Ngày 25/12/2007, TCH chính thức được thành lập (chuyển đổi từ Công ty TNHH Thương mại Hoàng Huy), đánh dấu một bước phát triển vươn mình mạnh mẽ sau hơn 12 năm hoạt động dưới hình thức công ty TNHH.
Ngày 28/01/2008, TCH được cấp phép sản xuất lắp ráp xe tải theo giấy phép số 523/UBCD-CN do Uỷ Ban Nhân Dân Thành phố Hải Phòng cấp. Từ năm 2008 tới nay, TCH đã đầu tư hệ thống dây chuyền lắp ráp ô-tô tải và khu trưng bày/Showroom ô-tô trên khu vực đất rộng hơn 45.703 m2 tại địa chỉ Km 9 Đường 5 mới, Nam Sơn, An Dương, Hải Phòng.
Năm 2015, TCH đã ký kết hợp đồng Đại lý phân phối chính hãng xe tải thương hiệu International với hãng Navistar, Hoa Kỳ.
Ngày 29/9/2016, Công ty chính thức thông qua Logo và bộ nhận diện thương hiệu mới của Công ty và các thương hiệu thuộc Công ty quản lý.
Năm 2017, TCH vinh dự lần đầu tiên được xếp hạng là một trong 500 công ty lớn nhất Việt Nam theo VNR500.
Ngày 12/11/2017, dưới sự chứng kiến của Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ Donald Trump và Chủ tịch nước Trần Đại Quang, TCH và Tập đoàn Navistar đã ký kết thỏa thuận kinh doanh xe trị giá 1,8 tỷ USD. Đây là bước tiến lớn trong quan hệ giữa hai Tập đoàn nhằm thiết lập hợp tác trong phân phối xe chính hãng, linh kiện và các hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong vòng 10 năm tới.
Ngày 23/11/2017, TCH khởi công dự án toà nhà 33 tầng, trong đó có tòa tháp văn phòng hiện đại, trung tâm thương mại cao cấp Gold Tower tọa lạc tại vị trí đẹp nhất thuộc dự án Golden Land Building tại 275 Nguyễn Trãi, Quận Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội.
Đầu năm 2018, một lần nữa TCH được vinh danh là một trong 500 công ty lớn nhất Việt Nam năm 2017 theo VNR500.
Năm 2019, TCH lần thứ 4 được vinh danh là một trong 500 công ty lớn nhất Việt Nam theo VNR500
Năm 2020, TCH đạt mức lợi nhuận sau thuế hợp nhất là 1.035,4 tỷ đồng. Đây là mức lợi nhuận cao nhất cả Công ty từ khi thành lập đến nay.
Năm 2021, Khởi công dự án Hoang Huy Commerce với tổng mức đầu tư gần 5.000 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2022, TCH đạt chuẩn công bố thông tin của doanh nghiệp niêm yết - IR Award.
