Responsibilities

• Monitor news and culture channels and propose timely and compelling content angles and ideas.
• Research and present content ideas, and approaches and strategies.
• Create timely and compelling content for multiple platforms (WordPress, IG and Reels, TikTok, FB, Mailchimp) based on briefs and expected KPIs.
• Update team daily on progress and challenges, and ensure deadlines are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Support event production from concept and collaborations, to production, and recap.
• Help develop and maintain TOV guidelines, style guides, visual guidelines and brand messaging documents.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers to create digital assets for projects including shoot briefs, shoot management, sharing and storing content.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate the performance of content and adjust approach based on data.
• Align and adjust content based on feedback from the team.
• Creates deep and lasting relationships with and between people, partners, and team.
• Complete other tasks as required by the brand director.

• 1+ years’ experience in content or marketing.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• Adept at managing social media platforms and content channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems; provide high level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge in office management, office systems and procedures; hands on experience with office equipment, i.e. photocopiers, printers, etc.
• Great understanding of marketing, production, events, etc.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in providing and receiving constructive criticism.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
