Main tasks: - Handle the set up and finishing of sales report format and analysis on a monthly basis. - Manage to proceed all request documents in Marketing department, for new product development - campaign - budget process - administration forms. - Handle the POSM allocation to sales. - Promotion tracking and analysis. - Manage the checklist for Marketing materials during the specific campaign production. - Manage to proceed the contract and legal/ accountant request. - Keep tracking sales report, market & competitors, product features requirement, pricing, promotion. - Monthly report regarding sales performance and Marketing KPI evaluation. - Support to reply and check orders from digital platforms and ecommerce. - Stock & logistics tracking in online services. Others: - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by BOD, NSM and MM.Job Skills & Experience Requirement: - 02+ years of FMCG experience at the same level of Marketing administration. - Prompt actions with the daily office tasks delivered by different sources of departments: Sales, Marketing, PD, Logistics, external partners as well. - Handle experience to teamwork and independent solution. - Integrity, honesty to the data and reports level. - Ability to work in over time, to serve the important projects fully. - Opened-mind and passion in Marketing learnings. - Master in Power Point, Microsoft office, Excel, Google Docs...
