RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting:

Promotion efficiency and timely share to related stakeholders.
Responsible for monthly review of financial statements, AR aging, payments, inventory and cash- flow; timely report to HOD and MD, share to related stakeholders if necessary.
Manage month- end closing activities such as reconciliations and submission.
Support in communication with RHO Finance about company actual performance, rolling forecast and required tasks
Perform profitability analysis by product, by segment, by source; review sales policy, evaluate discount

Budgeting:

Collect functional budget to concentrate company budget, run the financial simulation as well as rolling forecast.
Coordinate with all departments to deploy budget schedule, organize budget review and propose necessary adjustments.
Monitor budget spending by department, by activity; do variance analysis and report to HOD and MD.
In charge of budget implementation including annual budget and mid- term budget based on RHO guidelines

Risk Management:

Review and recommend/update accounting procedures to adapt business growth.
Work with internal and external auditors, maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
Manage Tax compliance including transfer pricing, review and control tax finalization.

People Management:

Manage, coach, train and support the staff

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
CIMA, CMA, ACCA will be a plus

Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience in the same level or above.
Good understanding and knowledge about VAS, IFRS and Tax law.
Proficient in MS office and solid experience with SAP
Strong in FP&A (Financial planning & analysis)
